Cell Phone Dialing Guide
Basic Calling Information
- Mobile phone numbers in Vietnam contain eight digits. The first digit is always "9" or "1", and the first two or three digits signify the cellular network to which the number belongs.
- When calling a mobile phone from within Vietnam, always dial the Domestic Access Code "0" before the eight-digit number. Do not dial this access code when calling from another country.
- When making an international call to a mobile phone in Vietnam dial: Vietnam's country code [84] + nine- to ten-digit mobile phone number.
